    Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

    The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

    If the country of destination cannot be found in the checkout process, contact our customer service team at to check the fee.



    Since every Alaire piece is made by hand to order, we do not issue refunds. However, we are happy to work on any issues and will try our best to accommodate. Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. Please contact within the first 7 days after receiving your order for exchanges.

    Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and ALAIRE is not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping must be pre-paid via an insured delivery provider (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express).

    Please note all archive items from the process collection are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    ALAIRE does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.

    If you have received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as we receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

    Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-14 business days for it to be processed. The customer will be refunded to the original form of payment and should see the new balance on their next statement. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of return.
