Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. Please contact info@alairealaire.com within the first 7 days after receiving your order for exchanges.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and ALAIRE is not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping must be pre-paid via an insured delivery provider (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express).
